Take the Funicular Railway to just below the summit of Cairn Gorm. Outwith the ski season you are not permitted to use the railway to access the plateau and must remain within the top station building with its stunning views.

loch-morlich Within Glenmore Forest Park is Loch Morlich a watersports enthusiast's delight. Hire a canoe, sailing boat, take instruction in windsurfing or canoeing. Fishing permits available. The forest is ancient woodland of mature pine and birch. Home to red deer, red squirrel, pine marten, wildcat, crested tit, crossbill and of course osprey. A few miles north is the RSBP Loch Garten Osprey Hide.
